1. Services and Scope

Klean4less  provides residential, commercial and Airbnb cleaning services in Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and surrounding areas. Service options include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in/move‑out cleaning and post‑construction cleaning.

The specific tasks included in each service will be outlined in your quote or booking confirmation. Services not listed (e.g., carpet shampooing or exterior window washing) may incur additional charges or require separate arrangements.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email or phone and provide an estimated arrival window.

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises. If we cannot access the property or begin work due to circumstances beyond our control, a call‑out fee may be charged.

3. Pricing and Payment

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide regarding the size and condition of the property and the type of cleaning required. Final pricing may vary if the actual workload differs from the information provided.

A minimum booking fee may apply for small jobs to cover travel and setup. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Overdue amounts may be subject to a late fee or interest at the rate permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 50 % of the quoted price.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to circumstances such as extreme weather, staff illness or unsafe working conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove clutter, valuables and fragile items from areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for items left unsecured or in areas requiring cleaning.

If pets are on the premises, please secure them to ensure the safety of our staff and your animals.

6. Quality Guarantee and Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge.

Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from the condition of the property (e.g., permanent stains, worn surfaces) or tasks not included in the agreed scope of work.

7. Liability and Damages

We carry general liability insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage for our employees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for pre‑existing damages, normal wear and tear or items that are not properly secured or prepared for cleaning.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and design elements, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, contact details) solely for the purpose of providing services and responding to enquiries. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

We use secure payment processors and scheduling tools. Your data may be shared with these providers only as necessary to process payments and manage bookings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
